Each member of our team brings unique gifts and plays a vital role in our collective purpose. I once asked Herb Kelleher, the co-founder of Southwest Airlines, about the secret to his success. He told me that he surrounded himself with people smarter than himself. Following the Lord’s guidance, I have sought to do the same.
